Thugs

Thugs are violent criminals who specialize in schemes within civilization such as racketeering, smuggling, or prostitution. They look like respectable folk at first, but really they just want to stab you in the back and take your stuff. They are really the worst sort of person. They really are bad news. Just the worst.

Thieves

Thieves are criminals who prey on society at the fringes, but make sure to use their wits rather than their brawn to make coin. They are the masterminds and skilled dodgers who prey on the weak willed and unprepared through confidence schemes, pickpocketing, counterfeiting, and burglary.
