Frond blights are awakened plants that resembles a woody shrub sprouting fern-like tentacles and antennae that can pull its roots free of the ground to serve the will of the ancient Atlanteans who created them to tend and protect the blasphemous plantings in hidden groves. The Frond Blight's branches twist together to form a roughly headless humanoid-looking body with four limbs. Those who have encountered the sinister tree monsters and escaped their groves say the soft mocking, whispering noise they make is otherworldly and still haunts their dreams.
