Two Pipes
This grizzled, near sighted old timer was hired by the last board to maintain the power plant and main machinery. He wanders around wearing overalls and large boots carrying a beat up tool box. Occasionally he actually fixes something, but mostly just swears and then takes a nap.
Two pipes was fired for gross incompetence.
