This had a failed colony planted on it several centuries ago, but was completely abandoned. Now TRANS STELLAR operates a testing facility outpost on the planet, patrolled by some Execustar frigates. It is rumored that the facility is designing a new sort of procedure to produce Power Cubes to break POWERCORP's stranglehold. The Site Director is Vollux Poonstank, a brilliant scientist who suffers no fools.
