Johnny looks after the station's tiny bio-fabricator facility zealously as it is perhaps the only piece of hardware keeping much of the population of Bastard Station from certain death. Other than guarding that hardware with his life, he's more or less just a lazy sack living off of the fruits of being the only one with the magic machine.

No one dares harm Gobbs, either because he's one of the few who even knows how to use the bio-fabricator since the previous owners died in a shuttle accident. It would be a shame if the new masters were to die in a similar accident, wouldn't it?

Gobbs is greasy, real greasy and seems to have a perpetual runny nose.
