Greyhawk Shieldlands

As close to neutral ground among the Horned Society, Bandits and Shieldlanders in The Trimarch as there is. There is incredible supernatural terror about Good Time Charlie himself, as much as he seems to be a jolly fellow and pleasant host. The post consists of an old tower, into which no one except Charlie himself has ever been seen to enter, a large inn, several barns and storage buildings and the general store/pawnshop/trading desk. There are about 20 inhabitants/employees, half are halflings, one quarter half orcs and one quarter humans.
