Polychronopolis

Blinky's Surprise is a popular drinking hole among the caravan men visiting Wheelburg. It's run by Blinky Simonson, a hobgoblin with poor vision but impeccable taste and a low level of patience for rough housing. Locals tend to see the place as a spot for “out of towners”.
