WULFRIC'S LANDING

In September of 1130, Wulfric of Ascalon commissioned the Jorvik Carpenters Firm to begin construction on a fortified manor house on the East Shore of the King Godwin River. It should be finished by March of 1131. It should be able to shelter 100 men and 16 horses. He paid 6200gp up front.

In December, he added a Stockade Fort and Large Cabin to the project (complete March 9)

The militia retainer John, a good English Soldier, is stationed with a riding horse along with the construction crew to keep an eye on things. Wulfric himself is on site when he has no other duties.
