The English kingdom of Nessex is the largest state in the New World, founded by King Harold Godwinson in 1066, after his defeat and overthrow by the Normans. Over the last 64 years, Nessex has seen steady immigration from England of Anglo-Saxons weary of the Norman yoke.
700 years of terrible weather and more terrible food in England has bred a hardy race. English gain +2 Constitution.
