Space Patrol

The elusive Spon-Gee (a.k.a. Spanky or Greys) seem to have visited Earth frequently in the 20th century. What they were looking for was never clear. They seem to drop in on various planets doing some research or data gathering, but never negotiate or discuss matters publicly with the people or government. It is also unclear whether they were members of The Pan Galactic Union.
