To a Bloody Pulp

The Gotham Arsenal, located on Arsenal Road in the Coal District, is the headquarters of the 5th infantry battalion of the New Jersey National Guard (part of the 57th Infantry Brigade). There's usually just a small administrative staff here (10-20 clerks, officers and guards), except during the monthly drills of the battalion when there are over 500 coming and going. It is a solid stone building which is securely locked at all times. It holds the battalions weaponry and other gear. There is a separate garage with a number of trucks and other vehicles.
