Jack Riley, (Scurvy Jack to his "friends") is the lieutenant in charge of the evening watch of the Leaderton Boulevards Precinct (I.e., Crime Alley). He is completely owned by the [[wound_ravens|The Wound Ravens]], both his brothers being members of the gang.
