MYSTIC UNION
The Mystic Union is a guild of magic-users in Polychronopolis. Members are easy to recognize by their purple robes. They have a guild hall and library in Bookburg. They are known to require members to know the Fear Spell and to often say that the Union Lives on Fear.
They are well known to refuse half-elves and elves as members. There is a rumor going around that no orc or half-orc who has entered the guildhall has ever been seen again.
Tobimanthus Alexandra Funke has been initiated into the Union (Taurus 1195).
To buy a scroll to copy into the book, 150gp for first level spell and 300gp for 2nd level spell. You can also use the library to research a canon spell, 2 weeks per spell level, no cost beyond your dues. Basic dues are 20gp/month and this allows spell level 1-3 research.
