HERD MOOT
This is the central encampment, now a small town, of the violent Yoomu tribe of Shadarian nomads. They are proud, wrathful and quick to anger. They deeply resent the Deirthu Tribe of Road Moot and only stay loyal to SHADAR CITY because of large gifts and the support they get against the Prairie Tribes, whom they are constantly fighting. The current chief of the Yoomu is Ragmataz the Loud.
Shopping at Herd Moot: this place is not welcoming of strangers. They will sell you food and beverages at double cost.
