Follow the steps below to create a player character.

• Roll ability scores
  • Roll all six stats in order (STR,CON,DEX,INT,WIS,CHA) six times
  • Choose a character from those six sets of rolls
  • The payer may choose to swap any two of rolls from the set chosen
  • The GMs get the other five for NPCs
• Choose a heritage or roll a random heritage

• English, Welsh, Scottish, Norwegian, Danish, Norman, Irish, Frankish, Spanish, Italian, Byzantines or Moorish
  • STR = Scots,Normans
  • CON = English, Norwegian
  • DEX = Welsh, Moors
  • INT = Danes, Frankish
  • WIS = Irish, Italians
  • CHA = Spanish, Byzantines

• Choose a Name based on your heritage

• Generate your character's backstory
  • Draw 3 cards from the family background deck, choose 1 to apply.
  • Draw 3 cards from the weird deck, choose 1 to apply
  • Draw 3 cards from the special features deck, choose 1 to apply (again at 4th and 8th)
• Pick a class and archetype
• NOTE character's Languages
• NOTE character's Skills
• Pick equipment
• Decide on supply carried
• Determine total load
• Pick spells (if applicable)
• Fill out character sheet
