Thranconia

The Ostkrag mountains form the eastern border of the central valley (former Dukedom of Grand Vale) and the western border of the Dukedom of Thranconia.

There is no human population in the mountains, instead there are a few dwarf-towns on the eastern slopes and countless goblin, hobgoblin and bugbear tribes in and under the mountains. Rumors abound of an incredibly ancient non-human city buried deep beneath the mountains.

The only crossing point of the mountains is the Thranconia Pass, around Castle Pass and Passburg.
