+Red Jim the Pirate is a hireling of Shump's, hired at the same time as Bill Guardo (by Mrow - but now deceased). He currently carries his trademark cutlass and shield, a bow and now has Shump's Silvered Battle Axe and a +1 Hatchet of Returning for magical beasts, a +1 Spear of Dog Slayer, as well as an ironwood club.
