Located a short distance from the entrance to the city dump in Slaughter Swamp, Boggy Joe's is a large, but dilapidated shack that sells moonshine made on site. It's a popular watering hole for garbage men, and those who acquired a taste for moonshine during prohibition. The owner, Boggy Joe himself, pays protection to the Ghost Dragons who run the swamp. Joe is an dirty, unkempt fellow, who has a hoarse, but constant laugh (hoarse from his 20 cheap cigar a day habit, constant from a blood alcohol level reaching nearly 100 percent).
