civilian_weapons
Civilian weapons are, within certain limits, freely available to Monster Hunters. Getting any large amount of holy water requires either a PC with Background (miracles) to create it or contacts with a 'good' aligned church. Any city will typically have d6 pints of holy water available per church, with more being available with good relations (typically larger donations or churches that know about monster hunters).
