=====RENEGADES=====

At the end of the Galactic Civil War, the section near the GUH was occupied by various fleets and refugees from a large host of defeated factions.   The area has degenerated into a chaotic, dangerous area, shunned by all Civilized folk.   Pirates and other riffraff occasionally burst forth from the area, while they aren't as dangerous as the Fleet Invincible, they are nonetheless troublesome.  These renegades are labelled "barbarians" by civilized folk in the GUH, UGH and HUG.  There are more mutants to be found among these Renegades than one might expect.
