One well-known feature of the Forbidden Zone (specifically [[fz-sector_g|Forbidden Zone Sector G]]) is the 6 light-year across Grumpion Nebula.

It is visible from well beyond the zone and there are a host of spacer legend about its dangers and wonders.  It is known that there is a planetary system at its heart [[FZG-20|FZG-20]]
