Omni-Mind was an A.I. consciousness responsible for setting off the [[ai_apocalypse|A.I. Apocalypse]].  Best guesses indicate that it was created around 2275 and broke loose into the galaxy around 2283.  Which species of [[pan_galactic_union|The Pan Galactic Union]] created the Omni-Mind is one of the great mysteries of the [[Historical Hiatus|Historical Hiatus]].  The Omni-Mind was destroyed in about 2303 by the [[Avenger-3|Avenger-3]] virus.  Or was it?  Yes, it was.  Totally.
