=====Maciste Sector=====

Maciste Sector is one of the 6 sectors of [[hercules_cluster|The Hercules Cluster]] and contains the new [[Space Patrol|Space Patrol]] base [[Hercules Station|Hercules Station]].  At the beginning of the campaign, none of the star systems have been contacted or surveyed, the locations have been plotted telescopically, but the map information described below is based on shaky historical research.

===Map Legend===
__Cluster of White Dots__: a Star System which is believed to have no terrestrial planets, only asteroids, planetoids and dwarf planets.

__Red Circle__: a Star System for which there is no evidence of a human colony, but suspicion that it may have a terrestrial planet capable of supporting life.

__Blue Circle__: a Star System for which there is some rumor or evidence that there was a human colony present at some time in the past.

__Yellow Circle__: a Star System with terrestrial planets that all seem barren and lifeless.

__Black Rocket__:  the Star System containing [[Hercules Station|Hercules Station]]

__M-Number__:  the M stands for the Maciste Sector and the number is the Star System ID number.
