This is run by an old gangster in the [[sons_of_david|Sons of David]] gang by the name of [[Manny Wiseport|Manny Wiseport]].   The firm is in the business of giving high interest loans in large amounts to desperate business men.   Business has been good since the stock market crash and Wiseport has become a top earner in the gang.  Wiseport is friendly with the [[falcone_family|Falcone Family]] and often contracts out to them for delinquent collections.
