Highly secretive and highly secure, this factory sits on the shore in the [[east_end|East End]].  It produces all manner of products that use Radium, such as watch-faces, and also many scientific and medical instruments.   The workers are highly trained and highly paid and have signed strict non-disclosure agreements.  The security guards are all efficient and professional, and seem to be out-of-owners.  

Of course, rumors abound about secret government weapons programs, atomic mutant super-men or monsters.  There is some consulting work done by the faculty of [[gotham_university|Gotham University]] and [[east_gotham_technical_college|East Gotham Technical College]].
