ZONE 22: SHADAR

This city of about 30,000 people, although dwarfed by THE CITY OF POLYCHRONOPOLIS is the second largest settlement in the region. It is ruled by the heads of 7 clans of the Shadar Tribe, who choose an Esteemed Commander, currently Ram Tinwis, to act as the executive. The city serves as a trade hub and capital over several other tribes. Shadar means, “New City” in the Ferthix language, since the founding tribes migrated from the Thu-Edar, or Hundred Cities, region.
