PORTBURG
Portburg is a thriving harbor town of around 20,000 people. The town relies of fishing and merchant travel to and from Polychronopolis. The inhabitants are 75% Kotharian humans, settled here after Polychron's conquest of the region, when before it had been an orcish slave-pit serving the sea trade.
The town is ruled by the town council, made up of the heads of various craft, mercantile and trade guilds, and by the Lord Admiral, who commands a naval squadron, sees to the defenses and monitors the shipping. The town also holds the residence of the Lord Forester of the Long Wood. There are small temples to all the Lawful Gods.
Shopping in Portburg: to find an item in one of the towns, take 1 day, roll INT or less on 1d20, and if successful, roll the town's available item percentage to see if the item is present (one check allowed per week).
