Polychronopolis is located near the western coast, in the middle latitudes, of a continent called Lugspar. The The Border Zones Region marks the southern edge of the kingdom of Kotharia and across the desert to the south lies the Thu-Edar, or Hundred Cities a league of city states.

Lugspar is one of a dozen or so continents, including the ones containing Karlsland and Thranconia on the far side of the world. The planet itself is usually just called The Wide World.
