The ward around the bridge over the South River is organized around tending to the respectable travelers from the the caravan road to the south.  The rooming house known as [[ramthor_s_goblin|Ramthor's Goblin]] is located in this ward, and player characters are assumed to begin play living there.

**Shopping in South Bridge:**  this ward is the place to find herbs, alchemical products, furniture or art objects that cost more than 75gp.  You must spend 1 day and roll an INT d20 to find what you are looking for.   Purchase haggling:  roll d20 WIS and d20 CHA checks: if you succeed at both; pay 75% of list; if you fail both; pay double, if you succeed at only 1, pay list.
