Located in[[south_bridge| South Bridge]], in order to have easy access to both the caravans in [[wheelburg|Wheelburg]] and the taverns and flophouses of [[Beertown|Beertown]], the "Guild" is really an employment agency for swordsmen, adventurers and mercenaries.  

The guild is run by Harvey Deathblow, a respectable Kotharian fighting-man, and is located in a solid, average stone building.   Most of the time he's putting squads of mercenaries together with caravans or great houses, but most of the recruitment of adventurer's [[henchman_recruiting|henchmen]] and [[mercenary_recruiting|mercenary squads]] are arranged through the guild as well. He will also have jobs of a discreet nature for the cut-throat of discretion. 

The guild is not a vassal of any house, and all the houses respect its neutrality, since it provides a highly useful service to all of them.  Harvey, realizes that this position is tenuous and so plays no favorites and works strictly first come, first serve.

Harvey has taken a liking to the [[our_heroes|Ass-Kicker]]s, and has permanently banned [[steve_and_bill|Steve and Bill]].
