This is the central encampment, now a small town, of the violent Yoomu tribe of Shadarian nomads.   They are proud, wrathful and quick to anger.   They deeply resent the Deirthu Tribe of [[road_moot|Road Moot]] and only stay loyal to [[shadar_city|SHADAR CITY]] because of large gifts and the support they get against the [[z19|Prairie Tribes]], whom they are constantly fighting.  The current chief of the Yoomu is Ragmataz the Loud.


Shopping at Herd Moot:  this place is not welcoming of strangers.  They will sell you food and beverages at double cost.
