This is a bustling agricultural town of nearly 10,000 people involved in trades that support the multitude of farmers there about.  The town is over 90% Kotharian human in population. The Dogger Tribe "The Original Goodboys" live here too as do a significant number of Halflings.

__Shopping In Farmington__:  Only goods worth 20gp or less are available in Farmington for a day-trip list of purchases.   Bulk purchases of provisions, horses and other livestock are actually easy to achieve and come with a 5% discount.   To find a more expensive item in town, take 1 day, roll INT or less on 1d20, and if successful, roll 20% to see if the item is present (one check allowed per week).
