This city of about 30,000 people, although dwarfed by [[city|THE CITY OF POLYCHRONOPOLIS]] is the second largest settlement in the region. It is ruled by the heads of 7 clans of the Shadar Tribe, who choose an Esteemed Commander, currently Ram Tinwis, to act as the executive. The city serves as a trade hub and capital over several other tribes.
