 =====DRY BONES===== =====DRY BONES=====

-Dry Bones is a small hamlet of 100 or so people, many of whom are transient.  They have an "elected Town Marshal" named Bad Jim Fuchs who runs the place and owns the run-down saloon (called Bones and Shells, since it is in Dry Bones and also sells bullets).  There is also a business called "Lira Assay" run by Jose Lira which buys various minerals and ores that are brought in by prospectors from the mountains and deserts there abouts.  "Mirabell's Trading Post" buys and sells used goods.  There is a 1 in 4 chance that they'll have what you want, they sell for 1/2 retail price and buy almost anything for 1/4 retail price.  Things bought at Mirabell's have a 1 in 8 chance of failing the first time it counts.  The remaining 20 buildings are shacks and slap-dash houses, many of which will rent a room and sell a dinner of beans and biscuits.  The inhabitants are generally drifters, outlaws and prospectors.+Dry Bones is a small hamlet of 100 or so people, many of whom are transient.

 +They had an "elected Town Marshal" named Bad Jim Fuchs who ran the place and owned the run-down saloon (called Bones and Shells, since it is in Dry Bones and also sells bullets).  However, Fuchs was killed in a gunfight with a sheriff's posse in early October 1876.  A creepy stranger named Steve Feratu stepped forward and bought "Bones and Shells" and renamed it "Red Delight", threw a bunch of money around and became the "Mayor" of Dry Bones.
