+Mad Septimus' Everyday Magic is a shop of wonders in Portchester run by a failed adventurer named Septimus.  Septimus is a kind and generous fellow, hamstrung by his mother who always wants him to be more aggressive and cutthroat.
+Septimus Sells mostly ever burning torches but he has a wand of magic missiles or two available to friendly adventurers as well.  He is also an avid flower gardener, and sells floral arrangements and non-magical "love potions" as well.  Most first and second level spells are available to be cast, and he is adept at helping those who follow [[The Order of Silver Stars]].   Septimus is a sap, and can be convinced to sell magic at cost to those facing adversity.  He is particularly generous with those unlucky in love -- at least when his mother isn't around.
