Founded by the first Earl as his chapel, this small church now serves a community of local farmers.  [[bishop_osmund_haroldson|Bishop Osmund]] appointed the foolish, old [[father_peter_of_ghent|Peter of Ghent]] as its priest and he is assisted by only a single deacon.
