| I was thinking about the HQ Staff--Pierre, Gorak, and Eugene. Should we stat them up as 20Xp Wild Card characters (equal to the starting PC's). Then we can use them for when a PC is incapacitated, the player can use one until his dude recovers. Also, some special cards would allow the PC's to use a single staff member for a session, outside the building.
