The Gotham Arsenal is the headquarters of the 5th infantry battalion of the New Jersey National Guard. There's usually just a small administrative staff here (10-20 clerks, officers and guards), except during the monthly drills of the battalion when there are over 500 coming and going. It is a solid stone building which is securely locked at all times. It holds the battalions weaponry and other gear. There is a separate garage with a number of trucks and other vehicles.
