| The Gotham Arsenal, located on Arsenal Road in the [[coal_district|Coal District]], is the headquarters of the 5th infantry battalion of the New Jersey National Guard (part of the 57th Infantry Brigade). There's usually just a small administrative staff here (10-20 clerks, officers and guards), except during the monthly drills of the battalion when there are over 500 coming and going. It is a solid stone building which is securely locked at all times. It holds the battalions weaponry and other gear.
