Silver Dollar and his trusty mule “Grumbles” were reknown for being able to “find the money”. They were always busting up protection rackets, gambling dens, money laundering and fence operations. Ultimately, it wasn't crimelords who brought Silver Dollar down but tax evasion from the Federal level of government. Jeb Jenkins is currently still serving time in a minimum-security prison just outside Gotham.
