When Team C arrived at their new headquarters, they found a loveable peppy dog named Mr. Scraps already in residence. He has an uncanny sense of direction (for finding his way home). After a run-in or two where the dog shrugged off bullets of attackers he appears to be completely indestructible. That causes problems because he doesn't feel much pain, either. Scraps is motivated by snacks, though. The lack of any super-powered canine strength allows those who want to train him to be trained if anyone spends the time.
