Rosco Snow
Rosco Snow is the kid brother of Mike Snow–the late counterfeiter from the All Americans and of Nathan Snow–a leader of the gang. While Rosco was training to run one of the more legitimate gang businesses, he idolized his thuggish brother Mike.
When Mike was killed by The Roachman in early January 1934, the enraged Rosco swore revenge. However, Rosco blames the wrong masked vigilante for his brother's death. Based on erroneous reports, he thinks that Captain Avalanche killed Mark. With the blessing of the eldest brother Nathan Snow, the gang boss, Rosco is searching Gotham for Captain Avalanche to exact his revenge. His dream is to subdue the Captain and finish him off using his dead brother's favorite ice pick.
