Snow is the current “Mister White” of the All Americans gang. His responsibilities extend to “public relations” and politics, particularly with regard to the gang's more legitimate operations. He is engaged to be married to the much younger socialite Gwendoline Cobblepot.

Snow is a member of Gotham's Board of Aldermen.
