| Marv the Pawnbroker (Marvin Martins) is a member of the [[Wound Ravens|Wound Ravens]] and runs his own pawnshop. He's a leading loan shark. While not part of any crew officially, he is allied with the Easy 18's led by [[Big Steve|Big Steve]] who does a lot of his difficult collections. Marv is slightly more cunning, streetwise and charismatic than the average rank-and-file gangster, but is not likely to become a major player.
