Tall, thin and red-faced, Feckworth was an accountant before being made Police commissioner. It seems that the chief qualifications were shutting up and doing what the mayor says. Feckworth's favorite response to difficult questions is “I'll get right back to you when my research is complete.” He lives in a truly opulent house in Gotham Proper and constantly hitches about having to commute all the way to Old Gotham.
