Fung Shu
Fung Shu the Celestial is a 60-year old Chinese immigrant and gang leader. He recently rose to authority over the Golden Dragons, after the opium overdose of the last leader. Fung has taken on the airs of a traditional Chinese aristocrat and constantly harps about the “Commission of the Emperor.”
Under his leadership, the Golden Dragons have seen a remarkable increase in discipline. He executed all gang members who used opium themselves, and instituted strict accounting of funds. He himself is obsessed with detail and form in all things, from dress to manners to punctuality. He is filled with hatred for the Ghost Dragon gang for their flouting of all things formal and traditionally Chinese, and is said to have never spared the life of one of that gang.
It has been rumored both that he poisoned the previous leader and that he controls other worldly forces to maintain his power and profits. He lives in the secret headquarters of the gang in Chinatown.
