 Arch-nemesis to the [[tony_farms--the_puma_man|Puma Man]], he was thought killed in a zeppelin explosion.  However, before his death he managed to create a virtual army of clones, each hell-bent on vengeance.
 Many of these clones are of poor quality and have questionable skill sets and physical attributes, but others are just as creepy and dangerous as the original.
+There is apparently now a sophisticated organization of these clones in operation in Gotham City.  They were running a super-science research facility in hidden floors beneath the cunningly-named Pleasance Building in the Financial District, until a viral outbreak forced the laboratory to shut down in May of 1934.
