Also known as the Duke of Windsor, George Thompson runs The Windsor Crew of the All Americans gang from his shop Dynasty Antiques. Thompson is incredibly cunning and full of business savvy, maintaining a network of out of town contacts to dispose of Gotham's stolen goods. He is personally non-violent, never carrying a weapon. His upper level crewmen also are usually unarmed. The lower level drivers do the guard and muscle work.

Thompson keeps the extent of his contacts a close secret, no one underling knows more than a fraction of them. He can often be found at the fanciest parties of the society set and is a popular member of The Falcon Club. He has a very nice house in Crest Hill.
