Chester Figg is a freelance news photographer. He lives in a studio loft in Gotham Village, and fancies himself an artist. He is however an alcoholic (and possibly an opium addict) and takes news photos which he sells to any of the papers in town to pay his rent and support his habits. If you give him any sort of compliment, he will be the friendliest man imaginable. If you criticize him in the slightest, he becomes hostile and sullen.
