Manny Wiseport

Manny Wiseport is an important leader in the Sons of David gang, being a high-stakes loan shark. He operates Wiseport Consulting, his lending business, in the Financial District. He is old, looks a little frail, but has a keen mind and never forgets, forgives or forgoes getting his money back. He appears to be a kindly old grandpa, but will sick a pack of rabid gangsters onto deadbeats the minute they are out of the room.
